prANA stakers govern every parameter for every Samsara market and the ANA market. Each market is governed individually. Each market has its own prANA vault where users can stake their prANA to gain governance power for that market. One prANA = one vote for a single parameter of a single market. Once per week, all protocol parameters shift incrementally by 10%, higher or lower, based on a simple majority of votes at the time of the snapshot. Parameter changes are implemented on-chain automatically (no back-door code changes). Voting does not consume prANA, and votes can be changed at any time.
The governable parameters are:
  • Buy fee
  • Sell fee
  • Withdraw fee
  • Loan Origination fee
  • Realize prANA fee
  • prANA emissions rate
  • Fee split between the floor investment and prANA
